The exact number of hours required depends on the specific circumstances of your case, such as:

• The amount of supporting evidence needed
• The languages you speak
• Whether you are applying with other dependants
• Complexities such as past refusals, criminal convictions, or adverse immigration history

If you can provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of the range.

• Advising on the requirements of immigration rules/guidance and specified evidence
• Advising on submission methods, including priority and premium standard services
• Assessing and advising on supporting evidence
• Assisting with obtaining further evidence, including engaging with third parties such as medical experts, banks, and employers
• Preparing the application with supporting evidence
• Preparing detailed representations with an index and finalizing the application submission
• Providing updates on progress
• Advising on the outcome of the application, the implications of status, and next steps

Excluded Costs:

• Home Office fees for making the application (paid directly to the Home Office). Find the updated list of Home Office fees.
• Other expenses, such as VAT, disbursements for medical/expert evidence, and barristers’ fees
• Advice and assistance related to appeals/reconsideration if the Home Office refuses your application
