Our Fees
We charge a fixed fee of £3,500 plus VAT at 20% for uncontested divorce matters, excluding any disbursements such as the court fee.
Any contested divorce matter and matters involving children, Family Finance are chargeable by hourly rate as follows:
Hourly Rates:
- Director: £260 – £360 plus VAT at 20%
- Associate Solicitor: £180-£250 plus VAT at 20%
- Assistant Solicitor: £150 – £180 plus VAT at 20%
- Trainee Solicitor: £120-£150 plus VAT at 20%
- Paralegal/Caseworker: £100 – £150 plus VAT at 20%
Disbursement (Court Fee etc)
